Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My husband periodically gets these lumps on his head (he has a bald head by choice) he thinks it s related to Insect bites he was getting at night, which he got on his legs at times also. These bites on the legs would swell like lumps or knots also. We thought it might be bedbugs so he sprayed even though we never saw any. The lumps on his head seem to go away after a day or so. Could this be allergic reactions to insect bites. He had a bad reaction to flee bite some years ago.
Hi i did review your concern. Recurrent lumps and bumps on head and legs could be allergic, infection or something else. My advice would be to consult a dermatologist and get it evaluated and if not red and tender get a biopsy done or treat it e mperically.
I hope this helps. Thank you for choosing healthcaremagic. Wish you all the best.
