What Does Malignancies Of The Gastrointestinal And Breasts Mean?

9Hi. My mom had a bladder surgery done approximately 2 years ago. Only to have similar problems reoccur not much later after. Her Dr. Recently had her go in for a ct scan,which she went in and did last week. Since then, she hasnt gone in for a follow up visit but instead today she received a referral letter to an oncologist specializing in malignancies of the gastrointestinal,breasts, and melanoma. Does this mean that most likely the radiologist found cancer? Or what are the possiblities? Thank you in advance
