Hello,

Bilateral frontal lobe atrophy means shrinkage of brain present above eyes or behind forehead. This part of brain is important for memory, personality, judgement, emotion, behaviour and personality. Atrophy of it can cause:
- Dementia
- Forgetfulness
- Lack of emotions or apathy
- Loss of urine control
- Change in personality
- Hyper sexuality

As your father is having mild atrophy, mild symptoms like dizziness, headache, it means the affect is minimal and it is age related. Some contribution could be from ischemia or lack of blood supply, because he is a heart patient. You should not worry if his behaviour and personality are okay. But consult neurologist if you find any of above mentioned symptoms.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
