General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Possibly cervix cancer causing compression on the uterus. Look at kidney to determine need for kidney decompression and a full body CT for any metastasis before possible curative surgery.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Anders Mark Christensen, General Surgeon
