I have gone through your MRI report and the findings described are that of normal age related degenerative changes. With the passage of time the edges of the vertebral bones grow in towards the spinal cord along with the adjacent vertebral disk. This is known as disc osteophyte complex. In your case the changes are mild and as long as they are not causing problems like pain or symptoms of nerve compression such as altered sensation or decreased activity of any limb, there is no need to worry about it.
I hope this answes your question. Please feel free to contact HCM again if you have any concerns. Wishing you good health.
