Hi do care for your concern. the spondylosis as such means slipping of one vertebra on another one. In your case the c4 have moved little forward than c5. This occurs in old ages. The important complication is compression of nerve roots that pass through neural foramina. nerve compression cause referred pain and numbness along the nerve course.
