What Does Mild Chest Pain With Nausea & Profuse Sweating Indicate?

I'm 27 years old, and I have been having mild chest pains since last night, now I have started sweating profusely and I can't breathe and the pain is localized on my back between my shoulder blades. I'm also feeling extremely nauseous. I had been diagnosed with panic attacks and have taken a 2mg valium, but I still feel really sick. Am I having a heart attack?

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

the first diagnosis goes in the favour of panic attacks
however a heart attack also presents with the symptoms you mentioned but your age is a limitation factor
If your so anxious i suggest you to basic cardiac checkup to rule out

Discuss this with your doctor and then decide.
Hope i have answered your query.
