i saw in ct scan of the abdomen with contrast in impression part mild fatty liver, Cholelithiasis, Mild prostatomegaly , and Multiple small diverticulae in descending and sigmoid colon. can u explain me please is severe problem if yes what will be treatment
Fatty liver is a condition where there is increased amount of fat in the liver. In some people it is hereditary, while in the rest it can be associated with alcohol or intake of fats and high level of cholesterol. As you have mild fatty liver, there is not much to worry.
Cholelithaisis is a condition in which there is stone formation in the gall bladder. If there is a single stone less than 10 mm in diameter, no intervention is needed.
Prostate enlarges in size with age and mild prostatomegaly without significant post void urine can be treated with medicines.
Diverticular disease is outpouching of the wall of large bowel. Unless there is infection in the diverticulae, nothing needs to be done.
