What Does Mild Fullness Of The Upper Pole Collecting System Of The Right Kidney Suggest?
I recently had a pelvic MRI to rule out endometriosis, while the impression of the MRI was stated as unremarkable pelvic MRI one of the findings stated mild fullness of the upper pole collecting system of the right kidney what does this mean? I am only asking because I have had pain on the right side of my back for a very long time now and when I try to urinate, it does not come out completely and I sometimes have to squeeze my right side to urinate more. I am convinced these two things must relate.

General & Family Physician, Dr. Varinder's Response
Hello,
You may be having cystocele, and it may be causing hydronephrosis. So both these are related. Get gyne checkup to rule out prolapse.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
