Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
Regarding the
fibroid seedlings, these are small sized fibroids scattered throughout the
uterus.
You need to upload the entire
ultrasound /
MRI report for me to opine further.
The location of the fibroids matters, as well as the number and size.
Both the ovaries contain multiple small egg follicles, which is a normal finding at the beginning of the menstrual cycle.
You need to tell me the symptoms and problems that you are facing, so that I can tell you if there is any cause for concern.
If you are asymptomatic, these findings do not mean anything, and there is no cause for worry or any action.
If there are symptoms such as bleeding, pain or pressure, then
hormonal treatment might resolve the fibroids, else surgery is indicated as a last resort.
Please mention your age and the reason for sonogram that was done.
Fibroids are not of any concern, if they are not causing any symptom of pain, bleeding or pressure symptoms.
The ovaries too are completely normal, so dont worry about that too.
All the best
Take care.
