What does mild left c3-c4 neuroforamina mean, and multilevel degenerative changes without acute osseous abnormality mean? Not to mention 2 mm anterolisthesis of c3!
My doctor said it was a bone spur, but what I have read says a slipping disc.
There are degenerative disc changes at multiple levels. There is also anterolisthesis(forward movement)of C3 vertebra by 2 mm. At C3-4 level, there is also possibility of mild narrowing of lateral neural foramen in left side(though findings are not clearly mentioned).
Majority of degenerative disc disease patients are benefited by conservative treatment in the form of physiotherapy, analgesics and muscle relaxants.
Since you have mild findings,I expect you will only need conservative treatment.
