hi my father had an ultrasound now and I am quoting some part of the report could you please have a look. mildly enlarged enside homogeneous echotexture , ihvr not dilated , no focul or diffusations lessions seen ,ev and cbd mesures 9mm and 3mm are not dilated , lumen is echo free gall bladder normal outline and distensions spiln 120 mm, 97 X 49 kidney 97 X 49 kleft kidney 27 gm protestate

Your father reports suggest mildly enlarged liver.Mildly enlarged liver may be due to many reasons like infection,obesity etc.
He need few more investigations like liver function test,lipid profile etc.
It is a benign condition and it will reverse with treatment of underlying cause.
Other findings are normal.
CBD,Gall bladder and PV are also normal.Both kidneys and prostate are also normal.
