What Does Minimal Koch S Infiltrates Shown In Chest X-ray Mean?

Hi..i had my chest xray..it says few hazy koch s infiltrates found on the upper right lung. Others were normal and unremarkable. Impression : minimal koch s infiltrates, upper right lung, active. Suggest follow-up...what does this mean? Do i have TB? I applied for job at govt. I hope they hire me despite these..

Chest X-ray says minimal Koch's infiltrates in the Upper Right Lung and it is active. This means that you have pulmonary tuberculosis. You need to take the recommended treatment regularly and completely for the specified period to get cured from the illness.
Kindly visit nearest Government Hospital for proper advise and treatment.
You can have a periodic follow-up to review how you would be responding to the treatment. In case you are irregular in taking medications, organisms may develop resistance to drugs and might be difficult to treat.
