What Does Missed Period After Taking Unwanted 72 Mean?

Sir I did sex on 28,29 may16 and took unwanted 72 within 48 hrs after 2 days again we made relation and took unwanted 72 with in 24hrs ..but after 7 days I bleed only (3-4) drop in dark black colour ..and my period is due 22jun16....I missed 3days of my period......sir plz tell me am I pregnant??

Understand your concern
Do not worry and possibility of pregnancy is less as you had take unwanted 72 after the sex with in 72 hour and it is very effective in preventing the pregnancy.
But unwanted pill can cause delayed period for some day as it contain high dose of progesterone. So wait for bleeding to come. It will definitely come with in 3-4 days.
Chance of hormonal imbalance is high as you took pill two time in a month.
Bleeding will that occur after taking pill is due to progesterone withdrawal bleeding and it occur in 50 percent women in my practice. And another tablet can cause prolongation of luteal phase due to high progesterone.Do not use unwanted 72 as regular contraception as it cause hormonal imbalance.
