What Does Missed Periods Post Miscarriage Indicate?
Hi, I had a miscarriage in August, did not get my cycle back until Early October. After I had ultrasound to make sure everything was dispelled. I have been having cramping, low back pain and horrible sciatica pain on both sides. Is this related to the miscarriage? I have not started my cycle this month but tested negative a couple days ago on a home pregnancy test? What are some natural ways to relieve pain? should i be concerned?
I have gone through your query and can understand your concern... Missed periods post misscarriage indicate hormonal imbalance or altered hormone levels. Kindly get your hormones namely FSH, LH and Prolactin levels checked. However there is nothing much to worry as urine levels of HCG are negative & also an ultrasound done to confirm dispelletion of all pregnancy contents.
You should visit a Gynecologist with the reports of hormonal levels and she would manage them by giving some medicines if needed, so that you will start getting your periods regularly, which should help you to conceive again soon.
Hope this information helps
