What Does Mixed Growth In Urinalysis Report Indicate?

Our four year old has had frequent urination this week. We took her to the dr and was given antibiotics for a uti. The doctors odd ice left a phone message this evening telling me to stop the antibiotics and it wasn t a uti. Then said it had contaminated mixed growth. What does that mean?
