I can understand your concern.
Aortic regurgitation is due to incompetent aortic valve.
Aortic valve is situated between left ventricle and aorta.
The main function of this valve is to provide oxygenated blood from left ventricle to the aorta in uni directional way.
Competent aortic valve prevent back flow of blood from aorta to ventricle.
But if valve is incompetent than blood is coming back from aorta to ventricle.
So blood in systemic circulation is decreased. So hypotension occur.
This also causes dilatation or left ventricle. And hence it's pumping function decreases.
This will cause heart failure in future.
So better to consult cardiologist and get done repair of this valvular defect.
