yes if my husband hospital records states there is moderate ascites and there were prominent gastrohepatic and porta hepatis lymph nodes possibly reactive ther were findings suggestive of chronic pancreatitis and extensive gastric and splenic varices can I be at risk or contaminated by this

As per your description your husband is suffering from portal hypertension underlying cause being chronic pancreatitis; therefore signs like lymph node enlargement and varices are there. In addition, there is collection of free fluid in the peritoneal cavity due to loss/less protein in his blood circulation or some mild chronic inflammation or effects in the liver/kidney which is termed here as moderate ascites (more than 200 ml).
If he is infected with infectious diseases like tuberculosis, hepatitis B/C or HIV then only some conditional chances are there for you to get infected.
