What Does Moderate Disc Space Narrowing In Thoracic Region Shown In MRI Mean?

Hi. My MRI report notes moderate disc space narrowing throughout thorasic region w loss of signal intensity. Many small peineural cysts noted T10-T11& through T12-L1. Also detachable painpump catheter extends inferiorly to level of S2-3. Can u explain all of this to me? Thank you kindly.

I really appreciate your concern, this could be disk degenerative disease but it need to be correlate with the clinical condition second the report is not complete one, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
