I had a mri but I don t like nderstand results: Details Comments from the Doctor s Office MRI of the brain with and without contrast shows moderate mucosal disease involving the bilateral ethmoidal air cells. There is mild mucosal disease in the left maxillary sinus and bilateral frontal sinuses. Otherwise unremarkable MRI of the brain with and without contrast.

You have sinus inflammation, it may be infection or allergy induced.
