What Does Multiple Opacities Projecting Over Pelvis Mean?

At 75, I have had a recent Xray of my hips for intermittent pain. In short, moderate degenerative changes were noted. O.K. But what signifigance are multiple opacities projecting over the pelvis? In 2007 I had a modified radical mastectomy for Stage II breast cancer. Thank you

Welcome to health care magic.

1.Degenerative changes with intermittent pain can be a normal feature for the age of 75.
2.The multiple opacities projecting over the pelvis with a history of breast cancer can suspicious.
3.Multiple lytic lesions in a known case of breast carcinoma can be metastasis.
4.In this case needs rest of the skeletal survey - even CT chest and abdomen pelvis is recommended to evaluate the liver metastasis, lymph nodal enlargement.
5.As early less invasive and cheap - get an ultrasound abdomen pelvis to evaluate the findings. Good luck.
