Hello

Your findings suggests mildly increased SGPT level and SGOT towards upper limit.
Increased SGPT may indicate liver injury. It may be due to many reasons like hepatitis, alcohol intake, altered lipid profile, medicines, auto immune causes etc.
It is important to know bilirubin level.

You may need few more investigations like routine hemogram, random blood sugar, complete liver function test, renal function test, lipid profile, viral markers, urine RE/ME,ultrasound of abdomen.

If findings persists then I suggest tablet ursodeoxycholic acid 300 mg twice daily for three months to my patients. It helps in regeneration of liver cells.

Get well soon.
Take Care
