What Does My BP Level For Mild Headache, Dizziness And Nausea Indicate?

I have had a headache mild headache for several weeks. Am 51 years old and decided to take my blood pressure and it is 135/95 and has been around that all day. I know feel dizzy and nauseous. Should I go to the emergency room or wait for an appointment I have set up for Monday?

Hi, i do care for your concern.
The diastolic blood pressure of yours suggest that you have stage one hypertension, which requires medication to lower pressure.
It is advisable
To wait and consult your physician, and get full evaluation done, which includes renal function test and fundus examination done.
Take the prescribed medicines regularly so as to avoid morbidity, and have healthy life.
