I have mesenteric panniculitis and 2 stomach ulcers now I had another ct scan 2 months on and I have Minor ground glass opacity in the anterior aspect of the lower lobe no pueural effusion also right ilaiac fossa lymnpoh nodes also notes, a small 3mm nodular density is seen in the left anteruior chest subcutaneous plane. what has this all mean for me.
Follow up Ct scan
Minor ground glass opacity in the anterior aspect of the lower lobe- indicate inflammation or infection in lungs in your case infection.
the right ilaiac fossa lymnpoh nodes - indicate infection
With these findings most probably your infection is spreading to lung
nodular density is in the left anteruior chest subcutaneous plane- might not be related above feature - needs to be further investigated
