I recently had a CT scan these were the findings: CT examination of abdomen and pelvis with IV contrast. Several less than 1 cm indeterminate hypodense hepatic lesions. These may be cysts but are too small to fully chacterize. There is a 20 mm exophytic water density lesion lower pole left kidney which does not enhance which is consistant with a cyst. There is a second left renal lesion 10 mm in the midpole anteriorly. The spleen pancreas and adrenal glands are intact. There are some small pelvic phleboliths. There is a 4.6 cm cyst of the right ovary. There is a 2.0 cm cyst or follicle left ovary. There is no hydronephrosis. There are no urinary tract stones. I am a 49 year old woman, could you please tell me your opinion. Thank you
