I am a woman, age 34. I have been having pain in the upper left side of my abdomen for a 7wks now. I have had a CT scan, all that was found was a slightly enlarged spleen. Was given a steroid to decrease the inflammation however the pain still exists. The GI doc I saw has no idea what it is. Blood work has been done and nothing has been found that would cause this pain. However the pain is real and sometime severe.
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, the only treatment remain is hyperacidity and it can be suggested as long as the information given here and it can be changed once the case being well examined diagnosed till then Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day can be tried with Tab Chlordiazepoxide and clinidium once in day, hope this information helps.
