What Does My CT Scan Report Indicate?

Hello sir Iam raju regmi from kathmandu nepal age of 52/m with ca laryngs t3n0m0.now ct scan and npl rep[ort says remission year 1. but iam having some liver problem the usg report says Mild Hepatomegaly with Fatty Liver Grade-III. iam prescibed to use (A) UDCA 300mg bd (B)Evion 400 od. is this two medicines are enough or more one needed.....

I am Dr.Siva and I am pleased to assist you.
Fatty liver occurs due to many different causes. Some of the causes include alcohol intake, obesity, diabetes, high blood cholesterol.
The risk factors should be identified and treated for relief.
Get liver function test also to see if liver cells are affected.
Continue taking UDCA and Evion.
If S-adenosyl methionine or Trimethyglycine supplements are available in your country, you can take one of them also along with UDCA and Evion.
