What Does My CT Scan Report Indicate?

What does this mean CT stone search w/o con(Abd and Pel w/o)There are multiple ovoid soft tissue densities in the pelvis, retroperitoneum and right lower quadrant concerning for enlarge lymph nodes. Mild amount of fat stranding is seen surrounding right lower quadrant enlarged lymph nodes.

multiple lymph nodes should be taken seriously..please get chest xray and blood tests as TLC ..DLC ...ESR ...RBS...COMPLETE BLOOD PICTURE ...please also get physical examination ..
