What Does My CT Scan Report Indicate?

Hi, need to get some answers for my husband. We had travelled out of the country and back on Monday night, he then went to work on Wed and Thurs night. On Friday came from work and slept for 3 hrs and when he woke up, he started feeling dizzy and imbalanced. Took him to ER on Monday, as I really thought it was jet lag and tiredness. At EAr, they did CT scan and blood work, all was ok. They decided to admit him and do tests. 3rd day, they found a bleed in the brain and suspecting he got a stroke. They then put him on platelet to stop the bleeding and fortunately, it stopped. He cannot open his 1 eye properly, or if he opens both eyes, he has double vision. The docs say his eyes are not close to where he had the bleed. Still not sure what s causing his eye to close automatically and if not close to the eye nerve, so what is causing the eyes not to open.. Can someone help with experience of different patients.... please... I ll really appreciate YYYY@YYYY

Radiologist 's  Response
whenever bleeding occurs in brain, whole brain suffers from the effects for a short period of time. because brain is enclosed in skull and there is little space to expand, the blood that accumulates in brain cause edema and compression, leading to generalized boday weakness and paralysis. by the passage of time, (usually three months) the temporary changes disappear and only the area where blood accumulates is left damaged.
