What Does My CT Scan Result Indicate?

I recently had a CT scan of the abdomen which showed an enlarged liver at 21cm with heterogeneity seen throughout, hypodensity..possible periportal edema and a lesion at the tip. How can this be described in layman s terms and what could be the cause?

It looks like long standing liver problem like cirrhosis with some acute episode. Though, more details required to comment on the lesion.
