General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Noted your short and specific query, noted the CT scan findings for which you want to know the details of reports.
Most of the report is always self explanatory.
This looks to be the CT scan of sinuses.
Hydrocephalus is part of the brain and its coverings called meninges bein in communication with - not mentioned completely by you, looks to be most probably with the nasal cavity.
DNS is deviated nasal septum that is turned to right side, may be causing obstruction to airflow or the mass in left nasal cavity pushing the septum to right side.
Turbinates are a soft tissue parts of the nasal cavity and look to be larger than they normally are that is hypertrophied.
The lining of the sinuses is thickened upto 14 mm in left maxillary sinus.
Olfactory fossa is the bony part wherein the it is type II, this helps in planning of diagnosis and management
You will nasal endoscopy to correlate with the CT scan report before planning for surgery.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T Chandrakant, ENT & General Surgeon
