What Does My CT Scan Test Report Of Head Indicate?

daHello. Patient is a 46yr old female with history of chronic migraines x 2yrs. She failed Topomax and Elavil as well as all the abortives. Head CT showed areas of low attenuation along the right superor cerebellum, left frontal subcortical white matter, right inferior frontal lobe, left and right insula areas with noted increase in size of sylvian fissure. All else was normal. MRI with contrast is being ordered. What is your professional opinion? Thanks in advance.
