What Does My ECG Test Findings Below Indicate?

Hi Doctor, I am 27 years old female. Following are my recent ECG report details: 800 Normal Sinus Rhythm 500 rSR pattern V1/ V2 611 T abnormality (Flat T) Readings: Vent: Rate(BPM):63 PR Int.(ms):138 P/QRS/T Int.(ms):89 99 176 QT/QTc Int.(ms):384 395 P/QRS/T Axis (Deg.): 5 85 36 RV1/ SV5 Amp.(mV): 0.17 0.41 RV5/ SV1 Amp.(mV): 1.20 0.57 Is there any thing to worry? How to see these test results? Thanks.

Welcome to Health Care Magic. Thank you for posting your question.
I can understand your concern.

Let me solve your queries one by one.
1. Normal sinus rhythm - normal
2. Ventricular rate - normal
3. PR interval - normal
4. Axis - normal
5. QTc - normal
6. RV1/SV5 , RV5/SV1 - normal
7. rSR pattern V1/V2 - Right bundle branch block

In RBBB, the interventricular septum (wall separating left and right chambers) is activated normally, and the electrical impulses travel rapidly down the left bundle branch to activate the right ventricle. But because the right bundle branch is blocked, the impulse then must cross the interventricular septum to activate the right ventricle after a short delay.
Can cause skipped beats, etc. Not an uncommon event and considered harmless, but can be serious depending on circumstances.

The cause of the conduction defect can include heart attack (MI) or ischemia (lack of blood flow) , heart failure, pulmonary embolism, or valvular disease. Worst case scenarios.

Hope this helps.

Have anice day. Regards
