What Does My ECG Test Report Indicate?

I am 66 years old female without hypertension or diabetes and my ECG report says sinus rhythm, leftward axis, ST & T abnormality, consider Inferior Ischemia or Left Ventricular Strain. I do not have any symptoms, what is the significance of this report?

Welcome at HCM
I have gone through your query and being your doctor I completely understand your health concerns...
Are you having hypertension?? And diabetes?!? Any hyperlipidemia? Any family history of heart disease??are you suffered from any heart disease before?
Based upon the history you have provided you must consult your doctor, cardiologist would be better choice , to rule out any new change in ECG. Do take previous ECG along with you for comparison...
Meanwhile take rest and avoid any activity that require exertion. Continue with your medication of diabetes or hypertension if prescribed to you..
Stay safe
