What Does My ECG Test Report Mean?

Hi, i just recieved a report of an ECG it says anterior infarct age undetermined. can you please clarify what this means. i have hypertension and am on medication for that. i am also overweight and do suffer from chest pain from time to time. thanks

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the suspected infraction (No circulation in coronary artery) so it can be confirmed with coronary angiography, hope this information helps.
