I know I have left branch bundle block. I just got results of recent ECG and it says (1) sinus rhythm, (2) right atrial enlargement, (3) possible left atrial enlargement, (4) moderate intraventricular conduction delay, and (5) st deviation and moderate t-wave abnormality
2. Right atrial enlargement shows the right upper chamber is larger than normal
3. Possible left atrial enlargement shows that the left upper chamber is possibly enlarged.
4. Moderate intraventricular conduction delay refers to a consequence of left bundle branch block due to which the impulses are not reaching the lower chambers at the same time.
5. ST deviation and moderate T wave abnormality indicate that there might be a problem in the repolarization of the lower chambers due to left bundle branch block.
Please get electrophysiological studies for your heart done.

What Does My ECG Test Result Indicate?
Hi, Thanks for writing in. The ECG findings are explained below 1. Sinus rhythm means the heart rate is normal. 2. Right atrial enlargement shows the right upper chamber is larger than normal 3.
