Cardiologist, Interventional 's  Response
Hello n welcome ..
our Heart works like a water PUMP, means supppose from one side pump receives 100 ml and it can expel out 100 ml, then that capacity is 100%.
same way ejection fraction, normally our heart ejection fraction is more that 50%, i.e. range from 50-70% or more.
as per ur report it looks less than normal, with leaking of valve.
that means u have some heart problem started, which has to be treated properly.
get a opinion from cardiologist, if needed go for ANGIOGRAM.
wish u a HEALTHY HEART ............

Cardiologist Dr. Ravindra L Kulkarni's  Response
hi ,
Mitral and tricuspid regurgitations may be responsible for LV enlargement and reduced EF .
Doppler study of heart will help to asses severity of the disease as well as its etiology like rheumatic in origin .
As your age is not available , if more than 35 , and also having ECG abnormalities , stress tests , test like coronary angiography will help .
Thx
