Welcome to health care magic.

1.Sorry for what you are going through, the corneal block can be treated with recanalization
2.Right sided its said there is hydrosalpinx - dilated fallopian tube due to distal blockage.
3.Fallopian tube catheterization helps open blocked tubes. This improves chances of getting pregnant.
4.The procedure is done by a doctor called an interventional radiologist.Positive and negative characters of the procedure will explained before planned.
5.Finally alternative will be IVF - in vitro fertilisation, since there is history of ovarian operation.
6.Suggest take it sensitive with good followup with previous history. Good luck

Hope i have answered your query.
