What Does My HSG Test Report Indicate?

Hii....i have undergo HSG test and my results says 1. Cervix is patient with adequate caliber 2. Uterine cavity well filled with contract 3. It is in normal shape,outline and has adequate capasity 4. Left fallopian tube is normal in calibre and shows peritoneal spill 5. The right fallopian tube appears moderately dilated and shows no peritoneal spill Impression Left fallopian tube is patient Right hydrosalpinx with no peritoneal spill

Hi, I think the report suggests that you have a right tubal block. But left side is patent. Also on right side , there is hydrosalpinx which can be due to some infections. You have two options. Either you can go for a laparoscopy to confirm the findings of HSG. Secondly, you can try naturally also with one patent tube if everything else is fine. You can go for ovulation induction with timed intercourse for 3 cycles. If it doesn't work, then you can go for IUI. Talk to your doctor regarding this. Hope it helps.
