What Does My MRI Of The Brain Indicate?

I had an MRI of the brain and orbits with and w/out contrast for an injury i sustained at work. I had head trauma and have been repeatedly exposed to a chemical containing sulfuric and hydrofluoric acid. The MRI impression said there is edema of the left optic nerve and single nonspecific tiny focus of increased signal right parietal lobe. My insurance was canceled and can not be seen by the neuro ophthalmologist at the moment. Can you tell me anything about this that can be helpful or informative? Should i be worried of something more serious?
