What Does My MRI Of The Hip Indicate?

I had an MRI that says the marrow signal is somewhat heterogeneous diffusely, with no focal lesion. What does this mean and should I be concerned? Also says apparent osteophyte formation is demonstrated along the acetabular roof and femoral head. I would like to clarify that as well what it means? The MRI was of my hip.

osteophytes are bony projections and they are indicative of degenerative bone disease , mostly seen in osteoarthritis . heterogenous bone marrow indicates some disease process and it needs further evaluation to ruleout malignancies . i can suggest you to get done hemogram , LFT , RFT , SERUM PROTEIN ELECTROPHORESIS and at last bone marrow biopsy
