What Does My MRI Report Suggest?

Yes please. My MRI notes scattered white matter lesions noted primarily in the deep and peripheral subcortical white matter with mild smooth increased signal FLAIR in the immediate periventricular white matter. I can't seem to get any clear answers. CSF was normal

1.The findings suggest small vessels ischemic changes.
2.These changes are seen as a normal findings in the elderly aged patients or patients with the hypertensive disorders.
3.Generally does not give any acute symptoms in the patients - generalised symptoms like dementia, headache.
4.In younger patients it is a demyelination / dis myelination disorders
5.Depending on the age and clinical symptoms the treatment and further management depends.
