What Does My PET Scan Test Report Indicate?

I recently had a PET scan d/t dx of malignant melanoma with 2 axilla lymph nodes seeming to be active. The PET scan showed a complex mass in the right adnexa area measuring 4.5 cm in its craniocaudad x 4cm in width x 3.0 cm in it AP dimension with no abnormal uptake in that area. I am scheduled for a pelvic U/S tomorrow. And will follow up with my GYN 7/9. What are your thoughts?
