What Does My TVS Test Report Indicate?

This is a transvaginal Utrasound report that I recently had and I am curious as to what it all means? Thank you, Courtney. { Impression : 1. Single live intrauterine gestation with average ultrasound age of 14 weeks and one day 2. Further details are described above of the gestation. 3. Recommend followup ultrasound for further evaluation, and clinical correlation. 4. A large cystic mass, approximately 18 cm, of the midline is present. The origin of this is uncertain but by history is ovarian. There is posterior soft tissue echogenicity associated. This finding and the size raise suspicion for a neoplasm. 5. Recommend clinical correlation and comparison to prior exams. Further evaluation by MRI may be helpful. Final report electronically signed by Dr. Brett Rush on 6/18/2016 5:53 PM Narrative PROCEDURE: US OB TRANSVAGINAL CLINICAL INFORMATION: VAGINAL BLEEDING, AFTER 1ST TRIMESTER, INTERNAL OS NOT SEEN ON TA US, .Large left ovarian cyst COMPARISON: No prior study is available. TECHNIQUE: Transabdominal, transvaginal ultrasound FINDINGS: Motion limits the exam. Large cystic structure in the midline, approximately 18 cm, is present. There is history of the known large left ovarian cyst. There is no comparison study available. There is soft tissue echogenicity posteriorly of this. Definite color flow through the area is not seen. The soft tissue echogenicity is about 4 cm size. Single intrauterine gestation is seen. Small amount of endocervical fluid is present. There is vertex positioning. Anatomy is not study of the fetus at this time. Technical information obtained is provided below.
