What Does My USG Report Indicate?
HI, I am 32 yrs old here are some conclusions of USG report.
1) 3.7mm calculus is noted in the upper pole calyx of the left kidney.
2) Uterus is bulky measuring 9.6x6.6 cms and shows presence of a 3.4x3.1 cm sized posterier myoometrial fibroid.
3) Endometrial hypertrophy is noted measuring 14mm.
** Left renal calculus,noted bulky uterus with fibroid and endometrial hypertrophy**
Please give suggestion.

You are suffering from fibroid measuring 3.4 X 3.1 cm in the posterior region of the uterus.Fibroid is benign tumour of the uterus.
Fibroid can be treated by both means conservatively and surgically.
Gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) analogs are commonly used in the medical treatment of fibroids.
Since you are only 32 years old,myomectomy is the last option in which fibroid is removes surgically.
Thickness of endometrium varies with the stage of menstrual cycle.You need clinical correlation.
You also have 3.7 mm calculus in the upper pole of left kidney.You should drink lot of water.It is important to know your symptoms and whether there is any signs of obstruction or not.
