HOW TO TREAT MY SICKNESS? MORE THAN A MONTH i HAVE A COUGH. MY XRAY RESULT AS FOLLOWS: Hazy densities noted in right paracardiac area. Cardiac shadow is transversely enlarged with CTR of 0.56. Impression are as follows: 1. PARACARDIAC PNEUMONIA, RIGHT. 2. CARDIOMEGALY. PLEASE CORRELATE WITH ECG
Hazy opacity in right paracardiac region may indicate infection etc.It may be due to pneumonitis. You may need clinical correlation and routine blood investigations like routine hemogram, random blood sugar etc. You may need broad spectrum antibiotics and follow up chest X-ray. If pneumonitis doesn't get resolve then other causes like tuberculosis etc should be ruled out.
Mild cardiomegaly may be due to chronic hypertension etc.You may need further investigations like ECG,ECHO etc. You may need some medicines after evaluation.
