Hi
I have gone through your Xray findings.nodulohazy densities at para hilar region considered as lymphadenopathies. Dont worry It is most commonly due to pulmonary tuberculosis ( primary kochs) which is treatable.rarely due to lymphoma.any finding in X ray needs to correlate clinically to come to correct diagnosis.
