What Does My X-ray Test Result Indicate?

I have an xray apicolordotic views shows fibrolinear densities in both upper lungs and the conclusion is chronic inflammatory process ( activity undertermined) both upper lungs fields,, what is the meaning of this???hope you can answer my question,, thank you..

I really appreciate your concern actually such x-ray findings needs to be correlated with the clinical symptoms, the findings are suggestive some inflammatory process and it could be allergic or infection and all of these needs clinical correlation hope this information helps.
