my father gone for MR Angiogram n got finding of Multiple lacunar ischemic foci in bilateral cerebral hemispheres Bilateral Diffuse periventricular white matter ischemia. Moderate narrowing of the right internal carotid artery at origin 12mm length. Severe narrowing of the left internal carotid artery seen at 10 mm length. Mild narrowing of the bilateral supraclinoid internal carotid arteries. Pansinusitis is seen. plz guide me for possible treatment for it
