What Does My Below MRI Report Indicate?

Hi,My MRI report reads as below, could you let me understand the meaning of it please ? I ve neck ache and a lump in my left scapular region. mild posterior bulge of C3-4 and C6-7 discs indenting anterior subarachnoid space.No neural compromise is found. Ill defined altered signal intensity in the subcutaneous soft tissue in left scapular area, of size 2.0 x 9.0 x 7.0 cms (APXTRXCC). Multiple flow voids are seen within.Few flow voids extending from the lesion to the deeper aspect of chest. It represent vascular malformation.Thanks.

hi thanks for calling HCM, the findings mean that you have a little disc affection at two levels but without neurological effects it needs just rest for your neck ans some muscle relaxant as well analgesic anti-inflammatory medications, also you have vascular abnormality forming a mass subcutaneously at the back of your left shoulder that needs vascular consultation to advice what next either for follow up or surgical intervention for this vascular abnormality, regards
